CASAL LIGHTING FACTORY is an export-oriented enterprise, specialized in producing Euro style interior lighting fixtures. It is located in Sansha, Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, neighboring on Guzhen Town, which is well known as the Lighting Capital of China. It takes only 5 minutes’ drive to Guzhen International Hotel.
Covering a working area of 6000 m2, CASAL is fully equipped with all kinds of manufacturing facilities and a factory showroom of 300 m2. We have a lot of excellent engineers, technicians and skilled workers, therefore, all products come out with fine handcraft. We have a large variety of lighting products, up to 4000 models, which are divided into 3 categories: Classic Series, Modern Series and Feature Series.
Product Design – Advocating the European Style of Modern, Simple and Elegance, absorbing the soul of Italian and Spanish designs, our professional designers melt their unique and uncommon taste and inspiration into their productions. Based on our long-term R&D strategy and goal, we launch some new models every week in average.
Quality Control – Depending on modern technology and facilities, we have established complete quality assurance system, perfect quality supervising method and inspecting procedures. From incoming materials – metal processing – polishing – coating – assembling – testing – assembling – packing – delivering, quality is strictly controlled at each process according to IEC international standard. We have obtained CE and CCC certificates.
Management – Every departments and workshops are well laid out and connected with computer network. With application of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, we have integrated international advanced managing method and upgraded our general managing level. Meanwhile, our cost control, stocks and production cycle have been distinctly improved and further ensured.
