Awarded the ISO9001 certification in 2002, Luen Yick carries complete quality control procedures, from the evaluation of a new product to its delivery. The quality control department is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, instituting in-process quality procedures to provide early feedback of workmanship or other problems and performing final checks and tests of finished products.

Visioning itself as a one-stop solutions provider, Luen Yick builds up a R & D team, with qualified engineers and experienced technicians, to offer a comprehensive range of design, development and manufacturing services. To ensure meeting up schedules and quality requirements, the company also owns a tooling & mould-making department, which is responsible for mould designing, in-house tooling and mould making.

By keeping a sensitive eye on the changing market, Luen Yick is able of responding promptly to the market demands and continuously releasing new products. The company established productive partnership with a university in Hong Kong to develop new products. Luen Yick uses natural materials, such as copper, glass and timber in its design for better texture.
